Palestinian Martyred by Israeli Occupation Gunfire in the West Bank

A young Palestinian man was martyred after being shot by Israeli occupation forces in Jericho in the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement that a 24-year-old man was killed after being shot by Israeli forces during a raid on Jericho. The statement added that three other Palestinians sustained injuries of varying severity.

In a related incident, several Palestinians suffered from tear gas inhalation during an Israeli raid on the Al-Arroub refugee camp in northern Hebron.

Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the camp, searched a number of citizens’ homes, and fired toxic gas intensively, which led to a number of residents suffering from suffocation, and forced shop owners to close their shops.

Israeli occupation forces also arrested a young man from the Silwan neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem. The Jerusalem Governorate reported that Israeli forces raided the Ain Al-Lawza area of ​​Silwan and arrested the young man.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces stormed the town of Tuqu’, southeastern Bethlehem. Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the town and positioned themselves around the municipality at the western entrance, which led to clashes.

Occupation soldiers fired live ammunition, poison gas and sound bombs. No injuries were reported.
