Rasuwa, March 3: The District Court, Rasuwa has decided to continue its services during public holidays. Although the court is said to remain closed on March 4, 5, and 6, address to habeas corpus applications would be continued on these dates.
The court has also put in place the protocols for issuing arrest warrants for any incidents that may surface in the district and for extending detention of those taken under control by the security, according to the District Court, Rasuwa.
Meanwhile, the District Administration Office here has informed that the northern Rasuwagadhi checkpoint would be closed to facilitate a peaceful voting in the House of Representatives election on March 5.
Assistant Chief District Officer Druba Prasad Adhikari confirmed that the Miteri Bridge in Lhendekhola would be shut down until 5:00 pm on March 5.
