Kathmandu, July 21: Monsoon wind is active across the country. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology informed that low pressure belt of monsoon is towards north of its average range.
Currently, most of the places are cloudy.
The weather service predicted heavy rainfall in one to two places of hilly region in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces.
Some of the places in mountainous region are likely to have moderate snowfall and rains along with lightning and thunder.
The weather bulletin issued by the Department forecasted moderate rainfall coupled with thunder and lightning in few places of Madhes Province and in some places of Tarai region in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Sudurpaschim Provinces.
It will be generally cloudy coming night, the Department added.
