Kathmandu, July 10: The Supreme Court issued an interim order, asking the Assets Investigation Commission not to probe into the property of former judges and ex-military persons.
A division bench of Justices Tek Prasad Dhungana and Shrikant Poudel ordered that no one should be compelled to submit asset details until the writ petition is heard in the full bench.
The Asset Investigation Commission has been directed to not forward the probe into submitted asset details and nor to recommend any legal action against anyone for now. Advocate Dr Premraj Silwal had filed a writ petition against the Commission.
