Kathmandu. President Ramchandra Paudel has issued another ordinance. The President issued the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Ordinance 2083 on Thursday night.
Today itself, the President had issued an ordinance related to cooperatives. The government has yet to approve 4 ordinances sent earlier. Today, the President discussed the ordinance with legal experts.
